Important Notice : 1. Target Assignment Date and Time for Uttrakhand State 3rd Installment: 03.03.2025 11:00 AM view details 2. State may apply for Annual Action Plan of financial year : '2024-25' under scheme 'SMAM' and Target Distribution(District/Block) may be done after target allocation by Center. 3. Wait listed application for 2023-24 will not be consider in 2024-25, For 2024-25 farmer has to apply freshly. Waiting list will be valid only for current financial year. 4. The applications for individual machinery will be forwarded to physical verification officer automatically if the manufacturers are not recommending the applications which are uploaded by their dealer within state specified time limit, for more information may contact to concerned State nodal officer. 5. Manufacturer and Dealer has to enter their product price financial year wise and State/District officer will Approve them

Important Information
Please put the following papers in front of you and fill the information on the same basis.
1.	Aadhar card - To identify the beneficiary.
2.	Passport size photo of Farmer.
3.	Record of Right(RoR) of land to upload while adding land details.
4.	Copy of first page of the bank pass book on which the details of the beneficiary are given.
5.	Copy of any ID Proof(Aadhar Card / Driving Lisence / VoterID Card / PAN Card / Passport).
6.	Copy of Caste Category Certificate in case of SC / ST / OBC.
Be careful - Do not fill the wrong information. On filing false information the benefits may be denied.
Note Farmer while registering in DBT portal has to select correct District, Sub-District, Block, and Village from the drop down list. The name of farmer should be as per Aadhaar card. The farmer category (SC/ST/General), farmer type (Small/Marginal/Large) and Gender (Male/Female) should be correctly furnished otherwise the application will be debarred at the time of physical verification. This is the responsibility of farmer to furnish the correct details for availing subsidy.
