“FARMS - Farm Machinery Solutions ” Mobile app is a software which connects farmers with Custom Hiring Service Centres in their area, just like Uber/Ola connects the user to the cabs . The information related to the Users and Service Providers is made available for informational purpose on “AS-IS, AS-AVAILABLE” and may be with some unintentional errors”. The Farmers/Users and the Custom Hiring Service Provider interacting using this app unconditionally agree that their usage of any content or information contained herein will be at the sole discretion/responsibility/liability/ risk of such party. The Users and the Service Provider using this app, are advised to independently verify the proposal, quote or any other claim made by the either party, to ensure their satisfaction. All negotiations related to pricing, terms of the transaction and services are done offline by and to best of satisfaction of both parties and all such negotiations are out of the scope of the Mobile App. The Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India, its attached and sub-ordinate offices, National Informatics Centre (NIC), State Agricultural Departments , shall not be responsible or liable in any manner and to any extent for and/or in connection with any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or any other damages whatsoever, arising or incurred howsoever happening using the information available on the Mobile App. The organizations mentioned in para(iii) will not be held liable by the Users and the Service Provider any legal and associated consequences arising due to the usage of this mobile app. The mentioned organizations will not be responsible/liable for any kind of claim, action , loss, damage , reputation loss, costs, expenses, charges, including legal expenses (Attorney, Advocates fees included) suffered or incurred directly or indirectly on account of any misuse of data /information or otherwise in respect of Farmers/users & Custom Hiring Service Providers.
